I am a registered patent attorney and am licensed to practice only before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), or in the state of California.  Thus in federal matters such as patents, trademarks, and copyrights, I can represent United States and international clients before the USPTO.  For all other legal matters I can represent clients only before California state courts and before any of the federal courts for the Ninth Circuit, Central Division, within the state of California.
